3. Service Appointments

4. Site Inspection and Service Scope

Final service recommendations, pricing and timelines may depend on site inspection, equipment condition, accessibility, spare part availability and customer requirements. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be informed before proceeding.

5. Pricing and Payments

Service charges will be communicated before work begins. Additional spare parts, gas filling, repair materials or extra work will require customer approval. Payment must be completed after service unless a separate written agreement has been made.

6. Warranty Policy

Warranty applies only to parts replaced or services completed by Turbo Cooling Solutions, based on the applicable service or product terms. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, voltage fluctuation, lack of maintenance, water damage, third-party repairs or issues caused by external factors.

7. AMC Terms

Annual Maintenance Contract services are provided based on the selected AMC plan. AMC visits, response time, parts coverage and service frequency may vary depending on the agreed package. Major spare parts or replacement components may be charged separately unless included in the contract.

8. Cancellation Policy

Customers should inform us in advance for appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations, failed visits or inaccessible service locations may incur visit charges.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access to the service location, correct contact details, equipment information and required permissions for inspection or service work. Any hidden issues, previous repairs or known faults should be informed before service begins.

10. Limitation of Liability

Turbo Cooling Solutions is not liable for pre-existing equipment damage, hidden faults, power supply issues, building-side electrical problems, indirect losses or third-party work. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
